02 - How We Work

Delivered with in-house crews,
equipment and engineering.

I

In-house execution

Engineering support, field personnel and equipment all run under one roof, so cost, schedule and quality stay under our control.

II

Coordination first

Work is planned in advance with clients, engineers and inspectors, then adjusted in real time as field conditions change.

III

Public-sector fluency

FDOT, CBE and SBE certifications let us enter public infrastructure projects and carry their documentation discipline.

IV

Subcontractor record

Subcontracted by Dragados USA (I-595 Greenway), Sacyr USA (Village of Palmetto Bay), Fincatieri (Port of Miami), and General Asphalt (FLL Airport).

B - Standards
  • OSHA requirements.
  • FDOT specifications and MOT standards.
  • FAA requirements for Airport Facilities operations, when applicable.

C - Field Execution
  • Traffic control (MOT) implemented per approved plans.
  • Excavation and trenching performed with proper protection systems.
  • Equipment operated by trained personnel with daily checks.
  • PPE used based on task and exposure.
D - Review
  • Site inspections and internal checks.
  • Adjustment of work methods as conditions change.
