Kailas has been actively taking part in building in South FL infrastructure for over the last 2 decades. Although Kailas started out as a specialty grading firm, it is now a full-fledged General Contracting firm capable of self-performing several scope of works with its in-house forces. All Kailas projects are completed with strict compliance and special attention towards state & local environmental regulations which is why it is self-sufficient in all environmental remediation techniques, such as but not limited to, slit fencing, sodding, turbidity control and dust control. Since its inception, Kailas has completed 50+ governmental projects majority of which were federally funded. From pre-construction to the closeout stage, Kailas strives for a seamless process through the use of collaborative teamwork, communication and our experience as the fundamental key drivers.
